Talk:Bauer: how to adjust S715XL meter

I have just aquired a Bauer S 715XL camera off Ebay. The camera is in great shape. Couple of problems though. First the lapdissolve feature switch is in parts. I expect I will figure it out with some help from my friends. The other problem I seem to be experiencing is when I put in a film cartridge other than K40 or Ekt. 160 the camera seems to undercrank. As much as 10 fps is my guess, no way of telling for sure. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this problem and what the fix is, if any? The modification on these pages is a project I will undertake in the near future and maybe that is the fix to the speed problem. What do you think? Anyway, I will wait a few weeks incase there is some input from someone. Sincerely, Peter April 12/08
