Reviews[edit]

The Revue Cockpit series cameras are very underestimated. These cameras provide excellent value for the money. They are very well built, with a solid steel chassis. Wich makes them quite heavy. All the cockpit cameras have more or less the same technical functions. The only difference between them is the zoom range. The cockpit cameras can read all film speeds automatically, including the 64T. In addition to standard manual f-stop setting, they also have a very convenient over and under exposure (+/-) dial on the back of the camera. This allows you to do very accurate exposures. And great for creative work as well. The only drawback with the cockpit is in my opinion the lack of a removable handle. Other than that it`s a workhorse! Revue Cockpits regularly show up on Ebay Germany, and they are usually very cheap. If you`re lucky, you can get one for 1 euro + shipping.
