nearly the same as Nizo S 800 except:

• no extra (not available) 2 x 1.35 V batteries for lightmeter!
• 50Hz pilote tone for sound recording.

Some other modified Nizo's do not need extra ligtmeter batteries: all Adams64 models: 480, 481, 560, 561, 800, 801 (including macro)
